Cleaning services left much to be desired, with unemptied bins and insufficient supply replenishment!!! Parking fees felt excessive, while limited dining options after hours were a big letdown!!!

The location of the Holiday Inn Express is fantastic, with a large shopping center just a two-minute walk away. I appreciated the comfort of the room and found the bed to be very cozy. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean, especially the spacious shower, which felt amazing after a long day. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and even close to closing time, I still found plenty to eat. The air conditioning worked really well, making the stay quite comfortable. However, parking was a bit expensive at €15 per day, which felt excessive. The breakfast could also improve. there were no hot options, which left me wanting more variety. Overall, the service from the staff, particularly during breakfast, was exceptional, but the reception staff seemed a bit new and took longer than expected to check in. I'd suggest having more accessible drinks during breakfast to improve that aspect. Despite the minor inconveniences, it’s a solid choice if you're visiting Augsburg.
